Recruiting current and ex-Members of Parliament who's experience will help us take our cause forward

We will bring our work directly to conference season and speak directly to the party members and MPs that attend.

The next generation of MPs will need a hand up from those with experience.
We will recruit an initial cohort of political professionals and develop a mentoring scheme through which they can help a new generation reach parliament

We will build connections with dozens of local constituency level parties and persuade them to support our pledge
